Face pics on profiles

I was wondering if women pay more attention to guys with face pics on their profiles. Like most people on here I wouldn't be entirely comfortable with it but was wondering if it adds anything?

I'll be honest, I do like to see a face pic but I know that's double standards as I don't have any on mine.

Face pics in friends pics is perfectly acceptable though.
