I honestly don't think you can make your wife want to swing. That has to be her own personal choice. However you can suggest it to her and show her and tell her your ideas/desires. After that then it will have to be a compromise. Be prepared that it's an outright no though as for most partners swinging is outside their idea of marital vows.

I'd say it's not possible or right to convince someone to do something they're not comfortable with. However if you're in a relationship, then you should at least be up front and honest about what you want, if they don't agree then that's their choice.

Not getting caught, I'm not qualified to say, never did it, so no experience.

Third one, well he's in the right place, no different than anyone else here, just got to find someone with matching preferences, continue to be honest and upfront i.e. Don't pretend to be single. Take your time, talk to people, relax and let it happen naturally, these things can't be forced!
