It has come to my attention that some wa**** has taken some of my pic's and posted them on facebook now these pic's I never had on public it was someone who I was talking to!!!

I have managed to get them taken down before anyone I know personally seen them. Why are there so many assholes out there trying to ruin things?

Can you not change your FB settings to the option which does not allow anyone to post on your wall (including pics) before you can verify it? I know they can still put them on their own wall but it's avoids them being on yours. X

I don't understand fully how pics were used but I don't see how blocking single males would help. Presumably couples, ladies guys and TVs (with the obvious exception of me!) are equally capable of being bastards

I had a similar experience the other day, a mail saying my pics were posted to another site, not Facebook, and they accused one of my friends of doing it, all rubbish luckily, its a disgusting thing to do, these morons need to get a life and stop interfering in other peoples.

Putting photos of yourself for the theme of here is at your own discretion, where they go after that is a gamble people take. They weren't taken from your hard drive, you uploaded them and now it's time to accept you've a part to play in this.

It's not nice for someone to do that with your photos but you put them in a place where that person got them easily.

Wanker mails person on fab telling them.

Firstly I want to say sorry this has happened to you. Similar happened to me on another site a few years ago and its a horrible feeling. Thankfully there were no face pics involved but did report them n they were removed but chances are the person could well be using them on other sites and due to the number of sites on the web Im unlikely to find out if they are or not! Its a hard and sad fact of internet life that if you upload and share pics you give away rights over those pics. I know in your case it was someone you trusted and that makes it even harder to come to terms with. We all live n learn and thanks for sharing......hopefully some will learn from your unfortunate experience.

Sorry to hear this has happened again only a few weeks i posted a thread after receiving similar threats and found out others had received the same mail naming others as the perpetrators these people are getting their kicks out of our fear and are probably sitting back now reading this having a wank once we upload pics they can be harvested by anybody with a bit of tec savvy i was recommend a app to help prevent this "longshot" is fairly up on this stick him a mail i am sure he would bd happy to help

"Sorry to hear this has happened again only a few weeks i posted a thread after receiving similar threats and found out others had received the same mail naming others as the perpetrators these people are getting their kicks out of our fear and are probably sitting back now reading this having a wank once we upload pics they can be harvested by anybody with a bit of tec savvy i was recommend a app to help prevent this "longshot" is fairly up on this stick him a mail i am sure he would bd happy to help "
