Anyone do it im starting to do it next week for stress and tight muscles so any tips to what i should do and not do an what to expect

In my yoga class, we do 15 minutes deep relaxation at the end of every class. And every class the same dude always relaxes that much he starts snoring.

haha thats funny my class is on thursday but im thinking of starting monday by watching a few videos on utube just so i dont look like a fool on the day lol

I went to a few Pilates and yoga classes with a female friend to try sort out tight muscles in my legs, only guy in the class and felt like a plank at first but it was fun. Certainly helped my muscles issues, go for it

Fart system

done yoga for a while,great for body and mind

stick with it,takes a while to tune ur mind into it

get a comfortable quiet spot at home and do at least once a day

u get out of it what u put into it

Done it for a while and to be honest im now sorry i gave it up .... Such a good way of relaxing .... First cpl of classes will probs be easy enough but the do get harder .... Still enjoyable tho
