We take it to be eveything bar penetration with others, but I guess it can be what others are comfortable with. I think it's one of those phrases that has a lot of expansion to it, but definitely no penetration.

Alot of couples dont like to soft swing! They feel if they gonna do a swap its all or nothing.

soft swing starts with being in the same room as another couple (with no interraction other than watching) and everyone fully involved, stopping short of having full sex with someone elses partner, and everything inbetween.

as has been said however, people seem to find soft swing, even at the most extreme end, too frustrating to be bothered with it.

and its extremely hard to find a couple that are happy to soft swing, tbh. can get very frustrating searching.
