The young lady in magaluf an the video that was all over the internet remeber well now she just lost her job cause of it me heart goes out to her what ever about abit of stick but her job thats her life fuked now poor girl shes bin true enough no need for her to get sacked like that it was a phone company an that its affecting the business so the boss says

Actions do have consequences.

I have no problem if she was doing the same in private with a group.

But she did that in public for a drink.

I believe the employer has a the right to let her go whether we agree or not.

picture this your younger sister or a close family memeber making one mistake and egged on by bunch of idiots for a free holiday not a drink that was the name of the drink how was she ment too know anyho shes all over the internet people talking about her she deletes her facebook and twitter accounts she can hardly go outside she has now lost her job she gets depressed and tops herself how would u feel if that girl was one of your own you think very differently my friend

when your on holidays at an age of 19 thats what u do ya get d*unk we even do when where away an plenty of mistakes i made while here an in spain or where ever but its clear that this girl lifes is ruined from a few guys with camara phones

I can't say I'm deeply shocked. As was said before actions have consequences. I saw the video and to be honest she didn't look too d*unk that she didn't know what she was doing. Not sure what I think about her losing her job but jesus drinking isn't an excuse to make an ass of yourself

Agreed. There is a duty on an employer to protect their employees. This in my mind would include defending them from harassment whilst at work.

If it is an stand-alone phone trader I can understand, perhaps, the difficulty. However, if it is one of the big players, they should stand by her and employee a security agent.

If these blaguards who came to her job were stealing phones instead, you can be pretty sure they would find it in the budget to hire extra security and prosecute.
