"TRX is great if you get a proper class., it's very challenging on strength and joints, especially knees (for me) I'm loving crossfit at the mo and spin for high intensity cardio. Let us know how you get on!" I'm hating cross fit ... Much prefer circuits and free weights. .. But it's all the trend now!.... tried TRX I liked but just couldn't remember all the different positions. Give me a punch bag any day lol | |||
