Surely they could post a message at the bottom. Of a thread explaining this thread is closed because. What ever. I for one think it is very rude. That's my tuppence worth. I take it free speech and opinions are permitted

Ya I don't understand why they couldn't have just closed it instead of pulling it altogether. And I think the reason given above is pretty pathetic

The least they should give me is a reason sent by someone from Admin

I agree. I didn't see the thread, but seems that some of the moderators are a bit trigger happy! If there was one post that could have been misinterpreted (as has been suggested as the problem), why not pull that post instead of the entire thread?

I didn't see the thread (I'm missing all the fun nowadays!!). But you said it was about rude people. Was it very general or given recent examples? Maybe the person you were talking about complained and that's why it was removed.
