He guys.

I'm not on this site too long and have just had a look at the chat feature for laptops. It sees to revolve around cam chat. M web cam doesn't work since a neighbour of mine rebuilt my laptop. Does this mean i can access chat at all or am i missing something?

You don't need a cam to enter and use the chat rooms

No you can click in and chat and perv other cams without a cam but if you wanna show yourself off you will need one
