I'm takin them African mango tabs and the colon cleanse only a week and iv lost a bit and I didn even change my diet much worked out only 30 for the both of them

awh thanks Hun iv been eatin crap the past two months jus want to loose that bit I put on and I didn wanna take other fat burners they make me feel like crap but these give u loads of energy and I actually feel good takin them

i think a lot of these detoxing things are scams!if u just drink fruit juice, smoothies and plenty of water for about 4 days u will detox yur system,milk thistle is gud for detoxing yur liver

It works really well and u lose weight but be careful with your calorie intake.

I was doing a lot of heavy weight training and she didnt advise me to up my calorie intake so I ended up being wrecked.

Anything that cleans out the colon ie colonic irrigation will give you temporary weight loss. In exactly the same way as emptying the dustbin makes it feel lighter.

The only way to keep weight down is to modify your diet.
