There's been times I have been tempted, but have never actually done it! Was in Tesco in Blackpool last year and women were in there in the middle of the day, dressed in jammies and boots doing their weekly shop.....classy!

That's what I never understood about the pm brigade, if you have made the effort to stick on day time pjs why not just put on normal clothes

I always wonder if they have actually gotten washed and put underwear on before heading out

Or do they go to bed in full make up and underwear and just get up ready to go?

Thankfully it's not caught on around here. Yet. Most people i see seem to think a trip to the supermarket requires a wash and blow dry and their Sunday best

That was a trend started by north Dublin inner city girls in the 90's.

they got branded the PJcrew, not classy.

I thought this trend had gone...

I will say I'm guilty of doing school drop in pjs but just so I can have extra hour in bed.

Ah the classic ormeau rd/donegal road/shankill road/newtownards road tracksuit, so very classy

I once made it out of the house in my pj's, in my defence i was d*unk at the time, still no excuse for being in your garden naked according to police

I worked in Dublin for 6 months and couldn't get over how many people shopped in their pjs

my favourite one was a little old Chinese man who used to come in wearing angry birds pj bottoms

Do think it's funny when you see people out shopping or heading into the brew office in jammies middle of the day.

Don't get me wrong I couldn't sleep in jammies. But will pull on in the morning if I'm not going anywhere it's nice for a lazy day on the couch tho don't get too many of them
