City Centre

5k's are a breeze, over before know it and could end up getting the buzz n soon be doing 10k's, mini marathons & then the real McCoy . Nothing like a full marathon at least once, to tick off the list

Near the City

All anyone has to do is put one foot in front of the other. And 5km is a good stretch of the legs.

At your youthful age Roxy, without any training you should have done in 30 to 40 minutes.

Remember the reason for Darkness into Light. Stay positive.

I would push her that bit harder lol!

45-50 is a decent time for an average fitness person for a 10k. Speaking from experience as am def average fitness n done stacks of these, always in around this or just under the hour so at half the distance can push it n def should be able to do in 20-25 mins. Any advance on this n no pros please this is a swinger site not a fitness site

Made it over the finish line in one piece for my first ever event and thats all that matters.. now for a shower and off to work for a 12hr shift!

Love every minute of it and the rain stayed off apart from a couple of very small showers. I only walked it and it was truly inspiring. Well done to everyone that did it!
