DUBLIN

Bottle of fizzy orange lucozade a breakfast roll and a shower or jus go all out and hav another drink

just take 2 solfodine & don't anything for half an hour,then you should be ready to eat & then you'll be grand,well that's what works for me

it worked a treat, the few pints in the ava ( sorry folks if you're not a banterville resident, its a local watering hole) may have helped too

I was dyin this morning myself , only had 4 or 5 vodkas as well, tho they were my measures lol. salty food, fizzy juice and nurofen does the job!

Loads of water and a swim. Ideally in the sea if not a pool can be ok depending on the heat of the water and the room...
