I don't honestly think there is just one perfect message, each woman are on this site looking for slightly different things, so a box type message will not fit all.

A message that is relatively short, a few lines that says hello, that you are interested and a reference to something on their profile is probably the best way to go.

Having a profile that is informative and has pics is a very good idea as myself I would look at the profile before replying to any message sent

Totally agree. I always look at the profile before I open the message And the message has to be personal to me, not a hi I'm so and so and I this and I that. All that should be in the profile
