I didn't end up marrying the person with whom I had the most intense relationship with - but I reckon that would have been a disaster.

I did end up marrying a wonderful women that has given me a good life and wonderful companionship - and I now feel

a right prick for being on here !

One of these days someone will come along when you are not expecting it and - bang - head over heels in love. Enjoy.

the alcohol/guilt will wear off and A you will be back chasing on here B the guilt will consume you and you will leave C you will get caught and your wife will leave or D you will realise that its totally unfair on you and your wife and you will leave her..

I've never been married either. (Engaged a few times and nearly did it once, left him with 3 months to go to the wedding... Phew)

As for true love... Hhhmm I have been truly, madly deeply in love a few times but I think I'm cynical now.

But ya never know.. I'm open to it if he comes along.

I dont think i have ever been "in love". i certainly didnt marry my one true love or soul mate. i was foolish and weak and got married far too young. I know my true love is out there but its possible that i wont meet him in this lifetime.

Hey CC , like you , I think I've missed out on true love ( so far !! ), similar experience and probably the reason I'm on here. ( not necessarily looking for my true love, I might add! )
