the same as if you have sex with different partners? what's the difference in having regular fuck buddies or having one night stands? You don't have an exclusive sexual relationship with them so safe sex is crucial.

Every three months despite the fact I have a fwb, though would get it done sooner if there was a condom splitage or some sort. The only safe sex Is no sex btw

Incubation period for most serious STIs is three months so once a month is probably a bit over the top for a full screen.

But Chlamydia and gonorrhea is 2 wks so get swabbed regularly as they're spread orally too!
