From a chef's point that's a lot of cream forget the creamy spuds and do fresh mint new potatoes instead.

So another chef doing the family dinner

We are having

Roasted Sweet potato and butternut soup flavored with cumin and chili

Roast turkey

Baked honey and mustard roasted ham

Chestnut stuffing and sage and onion stuffing

Buttered cabbage and peas

Cauliflower cheese

Honey roasted carrots and parsnips

Mustard mash

Roast potatoes

Gravy

Apple crumble and custard or Icecream and jelly for the babies

Easter eggs for all the children

And a bucket of red wine for me

First Easter I've not worked in 7 years so am looking forward to actually sitting down and enjoying my meal with the family
