This night last year I smoked my last cigarette, I can't recommend it enough to those trying or thinking of quitting. I am so much healthier than I was then and very proud even if I may so myself  Ms. D | |||

"Well done. In related news, I saw my first 'no e-cigarettes/vaping here' sign today." The e cigs are good . Deliver a hit of nicotine and no smelly clothes . However they don't seem to last that long. | |||
