Finished work yesterday evening and headed off for a run.

Did'nt really take into account the weather conditions ..so off l when mmmm.

Pissing rain and the wind was driving the rain up my nostrils l thought l was going to drown ( there are more pleasant ways to drown )

so got home and realised that l had massive fiction burns in the nether regions and my nipples..l had hardly slept last nite with the pain and discomfort..

So before l book myself into a home for the bewildered could somebody remind why l enjoy running !!!

I injured my knee and couldn't run .. I'm hoping to get back to in the coming days ..

I loved the headspace I had while out but I also loved the fact that it kept me trim and if I did indulge it was offset by the training ...

Can I say you have an amazing body so I'm sure it's directly related to your training ..

Even with the best sport bra in the world, I would knock myself out with my boobage if I went running.

I use those tight 'armour' tops when I run, that stops the nipple 'bleedage'...

Vaseline usually helps on the inner thighs too.

If you're going from leggings to shorts (time of the year) then chaffing is to be expected, since the skin has to get used to the change of material/linings etc...

But enjoy your 'bowlegging' for the next day or two!

Go Cork runners! Since christmas I've been following a free course from one of the newspapers to get you from zero to 5k in 8 weeks. It's brilliant but running on the flat in leafy dublin four and running along hilly dual-cabbage-ways in west cork during those storms are two very different things!

The biggest challenge now is that I met a gorgeous girl last week who said "whenever I'm running I think I could stop now and I'd be a lot happier". Can't get her or that out of my head when I'm starting to burn!

just substitute running for sex would be my advice, its great exercise and you could stay on the couch to do it

great advice Auntie Norie! I think about sex when I'm running but I don't think about running when I'm having sex so you needn't worry about my priorities!
