Take 75mg of aspirin a day drastically helps prevent cancer and strokes.esp colon cervical breast and many more.also stops it spreading if u do get it

Dont remember the figures and stats but its huge

Sunday times done a survey of oncologists and 90 percent took it

I started today

Well my sister is fighting cancer and she had been on asprian for yrs doesnt look like it helped her then so for me i dont think so plus it does thin the blood so before ops u need to come off it as its dangerous

I couldn't take it anyway with my meds. Eating lots of green vegetables like broccoli and cabbage and peas are good as they contain minerals known to help fight cancer and prevent it

Sorry to hear that bb.my da is to which is why I posted.I mentioned it to his oncologist and he said hetakes it.Its no garuntee but at least I hope it stopoed it spreading with its supposed to be very effective at

hi Di ho peeps ....important back even though i was strictly warned and threatened not to us the forums.... Or as it was put.. the ops forums..... Ha some tucking chance.....and as for aspirin and cancer..... What a load of tree hugging fuckin bollox ..... The best preventer of cancer is widely available to all....they just don't call it cancer stopper....they call it aspirin...... well fuck that's a conspiracy theory to rival roswall or Kennedy .....lo p;-) pmsl

My understanding of aspirin was for cardiac reasons. Most if not all over 60 are on nu-seal aspirin 75mg, reason for nu-seal is to protect the stomach.

Was a lot of research on a combined drug with statins I think to prevent heart attacks, google would be friend for that not sure if it did come to market yet.

if u take too much asprin wht will happen is if u cut yurself yur blood will get so thin it will be hard to stop the bleeding!i wudnt take asprin every day unless u clear it with yur doctor first!

Aspirin a day should be ok. Overdose on aspirin is fairly rare though it doesn't require a huge amount to overdose.

Go to your doc first b4 prescribing yourself any meds .. if anyone is on blood thinning tablets etc for example if they are prone to clots then this is a big no no .. its known that an aspirin if someone is having a heart attack can give them a fighting chance as it thins the blood making it easier to pass through where the blockage has occurred
