A lot of folk in Britain refer to the republic as southern Ireland they go mad over there for splitting places up nearly as bad as that Russian lad. So in essence by definition southern Ireland could be any where from Donegal to wexford. Narrow it down a bit lad sure there may even be a party happening where ever part your visiting. Hope u enjoy the stay

It is a small country compared to most n we are all relatively friendly but is a bit if a stretch of the imagination we are all on first name terms lol!.

To be fair though the guy prob just didn't realise how he was putting question across, hopefully!

Ha ha no disrespect to OP meant just was something picked up on and couldn't resist n it's all my families fault anyway as my 2nd cousin removed got me in full flow there but what do you expect as he's from The Other! side of the family, ya know! Far too much inbreeding going on back in the day hence my cross eyed , lazy eyed, 2 left feet hunchback frame. No wonder no luck on here n I blame me mum for hoouring round the country for food n if they hadn't let her fall out of the boat from Cobh back in the potato famine times I'd be a bronze six pack blond haired surfer dude off the California coast right now

"Wtf southern ireland? D brits are clueless."

I'm astonished at the comments on this tread.

You're all guests on a UK website.

Would you go to a party in someones house and tell them you don't like the food?

Guests??

Would you not say paying guests?

How about saying facilitating a company to exploit money through peoples sexual preferences.

Guests Meh !!!!

The last comment from the other guy could be taken up wrong using the derogatory word Brits but mate wise up! the rest of us were just having a bit of a laugh at no ones expense and not pointed to the OP. It was simply a bit of banter and in one thread said wasn't anything against him.

Like always some people are uber sensitive on here AND I am actually from the UK as you put it! So a resident never mind a guest so obviously wasn't out to offend under the lines you were bringing up and ALSO wasn't offended by the other guys terminology Brit! so relaxxxx......

It would be inaccurate of me to have said "paying" guests.

I don't pay to use the website. Therefore I am a guest.

My comment related to the post I quoted.

I dare the poster to head over to the UK Forum, start a tread with his comment in the title, and we can all sit back and see how that works out.

He would probably get roasted a lot more than the Op did so slightly unfair comparison, the banter on the thread has Been fairly tame compared to what I've seen on UK forum when someone puts up a vague post like the Op did
