Hi all,

Now I'm far from naive and I know that my boobs are hard to ignore and I'm well used to guys looking at them... and I quite enjoy it too.

So I've got this new fella at work reporting into me. He keeps on staring at them, he's that type who probably thinks he's not obvious but he is. I thought sure the lad will get over it (them) at some point, but it's been months now and it's only getting worse. Even to a point that I've noticed others seeing him doing it.

Considering that I'm his boss and I don't want to scare him to death with having an official word with him... what would you do? To be honest, the fact that others know that he's doing it, is making it a bit weird.

I had a HR manager in London who would constantly look at girls chests. I of course felt the need to speak before my brain was in gear and told him I was up here and would appreciate it if he addressed his conversation to me and not my breasts. He was very apologetic and a little embarrassed.

if it was me id say nothing,but if its really annoying u and affecting yur work id just pull him aside and tell him politely tht him staring at yur breasts is making u feel uncomfortable and wud he stop and give u EYE contact when u both converse!

I got some great ideas how to approach it now, so thanks everyone for your feedback.

I saw only yesterday that others notice him looking and I know it's come to a point when I need to address it.

I will start with the subtle approach of stopping to talk until he's looking back into my eyes.

We'll not to drag the fun out of it but u need to have a word with him, like u might feel ok with it but if he did it to another girl and she made a complaint to your boss or head of the company (depending what way your company is set up) and takes your company to court over unwanted sexual attention. I no were I work if someone reported me to my boss and she did nothing then she is liable for any damages that result in a court case against the department,we get these chats once a month at our team meetings, so either my department is afraid of court cases or were full of pervs lol

Or on the lighter note get a badge with "do u want a picture it will last longer" wrote on it

haha great excuse!! I think that's the problem... I often walk around and talk to my team... so he sits and I stand next to him, my boobage on eye level.

thing is, he's about 6'3" and he still does it when we stand next to each other lol

My boobs are all covered up at work, thank you very much. It's not my fault they're very big and unless I wear a big tent of fabric or some sort of balloon as a top, I can't hide them.
