Medium rare, pepper sauce, fried onions and steakhouse chips.

Hot iron skillet, oil the steak, not the pan. Turn it every 60 secs for about 6-7 minutes. Serve in just an apron.

Would an apron not look ridiculous on a steak?

If you like an evenly cooked steak with no crust, keep turning. If you like it with a crust, let it sit. There's no right way.

Don't salt , it draws the moisture out of it but plenty of pepper

Ok! So, so far , all I knew before by the way. Season the steak well and oil the steak not the pan.

Creme frech and mushrooms people! Omg! Basically, just fry the mushrooms in the creme frech...add pepper, or brandy, or djion mustard, to that sauce. Up to you lol! I put tarragon in.

Thank me later lol! Seriously tho? That's incredible! !!

"There's one wrong way: well done. That ain't steak."

good aged marbled steak

leave out to reach room temperature

tenderise softly

heat pan till searing hot

oil and season steak(i prefer sea salt and mix of white, pink and black pepper)

1-2 minutes in pan

turn

1 minute more

add a little unsalted butter to melt and spoon over for a 30 seconds

leave to rest for the same time you cooked it for

eat and enjoy with nothing but a smile on your face
