Anyone else wit this lot n do u find there is alot of technical problems with them in 3 months 6 times we've had technicalprobes with tem driving me nuts

All depends what area you are living in. I had problems when i first joined them. 20 faults in 6 months , i reported and logged each of them. I rang then and said ye broke the contract as ye cant identify the fault. So i am cancelling.

I got out of tne contract went to sky.

2 years later got a letter stating my area was upgraded.

Enticed me back in may last year.

No problems since.

Some of the upc areas are not on the fiber power system.

My advice ask them if you are.
