Son's 6th birthday today so 25+ kids at a party tonight. Another child's birthday party on Saturday. Hopefully cheering France Saturday afternoon, (I'm English... you lose, we win), and maybe a relaxing day Sunday, but I doubt it somehow.

Going to work straight from gym. A 5.30 am rise turned into a 7.15 am rise. If I had stayed in bed all of the above would have been avoided
