Meath

2eggs

2 tbls Butter or coconut oil (melted)

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

5 tbls of almond milk

1 tbl spoon of maple/agave syrup

2 tbl spoons of coconut flour

Mix all the wet ingredients.. Add the dry. Heat a little butter on your pan add a little batter.

This makes 8 small pancakes.

Serve with Greek yogurt and berries!

You can substitute the coconut flour for almond flour if you want less carbs.

Enjoy.
