Liquid is not the best it spreads the spices. Yogurt or icecream.

Also www over tangle any day.

Lassi is what I usually have but I forgot to buy yogurt

I troffed the WWW & gave Mr69 some lessons using the TT.

Alcohol also removes the oil based spice molecules from the mouth.. (That's true btw)

Also hot tea, as in chinese type tea.

You can neutralise the spice with the lactose in milk or yogurt which is why they give a little pot of yogurt or the stuff with mint in it with your meal.

Hope ya cooled it down and it's not coming out as spicy today.
