Lateatnight speaking as one who has been as low as u can go and thinking there's no way out. Trust me there is! Ring one of those numbers tonight don't wait just do it. Lay of drink it puts bad ideas in ur head go to ur doc on Monday once u start talking ull be surprise how good ull feel! Get out walking or running the fresh air helps no end but the most important thing is to talk and if like me ur worries are over money please remember it's only money without ur health u have nothing

It warns my heart to see such lovely , warm , caring comments ( from the majority ) . It's one of the reasons I like fab so much , it feels like we are all part of a community , each got each others back and I know when iv had a few low shitty days , just chatting to people on here helped , op included ..... I PMed Gerry because I think he didn't know what he was doing... I have a feeling he was so morto he left...

Anyway, while we are all anonymous on here it doesn't mean we can't support each other. I think a lot of people don't understand how hard it can be to open up to friends and family when you're down. An online community can help start opening up and hopefully this will give the person enough reassurance to get help in 'real life'.

Though we think we're all unique and individuals, we all suffer from the same ups and downs of life and what life brings on a day to day basis.

We all put out our hand in welcoming anyone who feels alone to table to chat.

I for one am always here to listen to anyone who may need an ear and a helping hand as I've been on the opposite side of this myself before.

We owe it too ourselves to look out for ourselves, our mental health and that of our friends families and neighbours x

But youse didnt kno that

It cud have been a rat.or a pine martin

If my friends had been reading my statuses they wud have known iv had ongoing issues with a pine martin for the last year
