"So.. I went to a Nutritionist during the week. They can tell you what types of foods are bad FOR YOU etc .. Anyway first question was: Favourite Dinner Least favourite: which I preceded to say "Sunday Dinner" He then asks was I a pioneer? I am! Turns out we have a different pallet and love different tastes (I do find Sunday Dinners very bland) I'm more into spices and sauces and foreign tastes. Not a fan of your traditional Irish (boring) Sunday Dinner. What's your favourite meal?" i luv chicken & veg stirfry and fried rice yummy

I'm really surprised I would of thought the opposite and that drinkers tastebuds be more damaged and less sensitive and need the spices etc to give flavor and non drinkers taste buds would be more sensitive to flavor. Don't really have a favorite meal. Depends on mood I'm in. Currys or roasts.

I'm, now a decent cook at 47! lol. but smack those dried herbs in! Use half a jar at least! Get good fresh food. Sea salt is yer greatest friend and that tastes like sugar....
