"Done boxing for years but the hardest training I have done till date is Brazilian jiu jitsu " bjj is great for core work too I do mma and boxing (when im noy lazy lol) everyone wants that 6pack and the thing is everyone has one !! do core work to build it up a bit but if u wana see it u have to burn the fat infront if it and tge only way to do that is DIET and CARDIO | |||

" I am 5"11 and 16st but my body fat is 19% which is not bad. We are all built differently man. Its life but its hard. Up your calorie intake with good calories like additional brown pasta, etc and do explosive work outs like high weight super sets. That may help but its hard to gain weight if you are built that way | |||
