I've had this pain in the neck all day

I'm so bloody tense, I need a massage!

Any other suggestions, how I can get rid of this by myself??

ok after more hot water bottle use and muscle relaxation exercises I'm feeling a bit better.

I still take any offers for massages though

sweetwhispers,,if its imflamation diophene is best,,i suffered with lower back and it was only hing that worked,,massaging is good but only if trapped nerve
