I got Thrombosis a few years ago.

It's a blood clot in a vein in the penis. It was uncomfortable and worrying. It was much improved in a week and gone in a few weeks, I just had to abstain or reduce any kind of action (self inflicted or otherwise).. ouch

It was caused by friction essentially. I was in bed with a girl I'd been on about 5 dates with and she didn't want to 'go all the way' (I swear we weren't in a 1950's film!!) so I guess we were doing more 'dry humping' than I'd normally do and so the next day I spotted the damage...
