Yeah, they really do work.

Just ensure it's one that he puts in boiling water & shapes to his teeth, then there's no fear of him swallowing it.....unless.....

Yeah, they really do work.

Just ensure it's one that he puts in boiling water & shapes to his teeth, then there's no fear of him swallowing it.....unless....."

I used to grind my teeth like crazy a few yrs back... turned out it was my now soon to be exwife that was root cause lol... gf says it gradually eased after being with her so lessened learned in life... if a partners grinding its subconsious stress... work or relationships or god knows what...

I talk in my sleep, at a medieval event I was at a load of us were all staying in one room and apparently myself and another girl sleeping two people away from me had a full blown conversation in our sleep
