i use a shake daily but I have also heard some of them shakes are destroyed in sugar and it's vital u read the label

Cheers for the 5 paragraph ones but in this day & age us folk want simple/quick/easy beneficial foods unfortunately.

I'm one of them. Lately im chewing on nuts during classes to keep my energy levels up.

they are about €4 for a little bag of them in the health food shop and put a spoon full into a yoghurt and have it at breakfast time or you can put them into a smoothie. Read up on them, they are so beneficial

Tip:

Put brightness down on phone. Saves battery but most of all doesn't damage eyes as much.

(Probably sleep more)

i stress over the little things when i get stressed it causes me to have Anxiety and panic attacks it also causes me to have sleep insomnia where i cant sleep fpr like 24 even 48 hours some times i dunno why like im in great health never had any major health problems or anything like that just ur normal flues colds and bugs notting more any tips of any of the above would be great cheers all
