We found this on another site and thought it might be useful so some on here and maybe to the newbies starting out..

We know this is probably more for couples but add to it as you want

* Turn to swinging in an attempt to improve a dead or dying sex life or a troubled relationship.

* Fail to communicate with your partner.

* Not setting any rules at all.

* Breaking the rules, even once, you have set with your partner.

* Try to talk your spouse into swinging.

* Think that a female who is bi automatically feels attracted to any woman.

* Get jealous when your partner pleases someone else or is being pleasured by someone else.

* Do not think that just because you're swinger you're willing to go to bed with any couple.

oh and dont use the lifestyle as a way to cheat on a spouse that doesnt have a clue about it. as it sullies the lifestyle's name

Wait your turn and hold on tight when it's your go. Never stand in front of another swinger when they are swinging you might get hurt, if the swings aren't free play on the slide or the climbing frame till they are.

For us we have never suffered from jealousy so far. We have rules set so we don't and we both enjoy seeing the other person enjoying themselves. The day there is jealousy then that's a sign for us to stop.

that depends on the people some jealousy is natural

its how you deal with it and be open about it with your partner about it and work on it maybe you didnt like ur partner kissing you work it out and say ok no kissing etc

If your jealous don't think this is gonna work for you if anything it can stop jealousy cause you can see that sex with a stranger has zero to do with real life and real feeling
