Maybe i'm wrong but i'd like the men on here to honestly answer this:

How many times have you overtook a car and the second your alongside the inside car puts down the boot?

How many times have you tried to pull out of a parking space and the car coming up doesn't allow you out?

Has it happened your on the dual carriageway and a car just pulls out straight into the traffic lane at a few miles per hour and nearly causes a pile up?

Or approaching a roundabout and the car in front, actually waits for an invitation to come in the post until it moves.

Would you believe all four happened to me yesterday in the one day,all four were women drivers. Now two of the best drivers i have ever driven with were women, one was an ex-hot rod driver and the other was just a great comfortable safe driver. So i'm not anti-women as believe me there are lots of crap men drivers too,but the coincidence of all four happening, got me thinking.

I myself never even thought about it before nor am i a boy racer or lose my cool when driving. I just analysed it and thought "was this actually happening?"....

Fire your arrows ladies i'm ready.

Val

Sounds like you need to slow down & think ahead a bit more. As we get older our reflexes slow down.

to be honest the examples you have given happened to me too but with both female and male drivers. It probably is just a coincidence.

Keep track of all incidents for a month and then we can talk again

I'd agree with you IF i was speeding ,but i wasn't and your right about the reflexes, they start slowing down from 19 on. I used to be involved in rallying so i know when to anticipate the unexpected, but yesterday was co-incidence,plus road manners, plus bad driving skills piled on top of each other.
