the talk show on classic fm or 4 fm ! its live a radio version of Jeromy kyle where do they get these people or is it actually set up? does he havecertain people to ring and cause outrage and controversy

I don't know the show, but I know that some "phone in" shows ring certain people in advance suggesting things that they might want to talk about. Liveline being the classic example.
