I don't think they're notified of being on as hot list, but if they're on your hot list and they check your profile you get a unique msg saying that someone on your hot list checked your profile

It's annoying when you have lost touch with someone because you don't spell names tge way they do .. The person / people don't know they are on it . So yes mine is used a lot as is my block button . Maybe they should have YES, NO , MAYBE buttons too .
