My town

I have been many a hair colour from blond to dark blond to brown to red

To dark brown, what color hair do ladies personally fell more sexy with.

I quite dark now and prefer it that way

it amazes me how genes work throw backs even with my children all blond must be from my mother I was dark and so was there dad..

I prefer my natural colour, which is a very dark brown. It just suits my sallow skin and dark eyes the most.

One of my old veris said that I'm tanned all over. That was the funniest thing ever because I hadn't seen the sun in months. I guess my natural skin tone is still dark compared to the lovely white Irish skin.

Ps. My grandmother was gorgeous too

My mum was stunning when she was young and has blue eyes and straight light brown hair. She is now in her 80's and still has the most beautiful skin. My 2 sisters look like her. But I take after my dad lol....my hair is dark brown and I keep it short as it is curly and has a mind of its own when longer grrr. My skin is pale and eyes hazel......

isnt it just amazing.all my kids have red/blone hair and lovely sallow skin blue eyes.i was only present at the birth coz they look nothing like me.im like snow white only inked up...lol

My natural colour is dark brown hair , but for the last 2 yrs i have it red as it really suits me and mr crazy just loves it and alot say it looks good , everytime i try to go back to my normal colour mr gets all bothered about it so i will keep the red for another bit

My hair has been every colour of the rainbow at some point ...the purple was interesting,.....but I'm happiest with my natural brunette lightly sprinkled as it is with silver now .....

On the granny front ...granny McGinty was a major glamour puss! Lived into her mid nineties and did her hair and make up immaculately till the day she departed which was all the more remarkable as for the last 10 years of her life she was totally blind. She had barely a wrinkle....I've never seen skin like it ....and even when bedridden accessorised beautifully. I used to laugh so much when she pinned her brooch on her nighty but to her....standards were there to be maintained! I wish I was more like her......

it amazing grandmothers have a big impact my nan the same never left the house without her make up; hair in rollers the night before looking like hilda ogden but rollers out first thing and setting her hair she told me that yrs ago she used sugar and water together to use as hair spray..

I've had a few different hair colours but my favourite is the dark brown that I am now. People never stop complimenting me on it plus I love it myself so it'll stay as long as possible. I find dark hair sexy on others too, my favourite on men being dark dark brown or black

My granny had long grey hair.. Always wore it in an upstyle. She lived to be a 100. Her biggest secret was the length of her hair. Only her hairdresser knew.....my moms hair is grey and guess what? My hair is grey too! Thank God for colouring: red!! You'd nearly say Im Irish lol. Why is grey hair only sexy on men? Its so not fair.....

I've had loads of different colours. The purple and red phases were my favourite.

Haven't dyed my hair in over two years now and it's naturally dark brown and healthy for the first time in years.

I've been finding grey hairs lately though so verrrry tempted to throw a dye in but at the same time I don't want to because I'm quite proud of getting it back to normal!

I have been loads of colours being a hairdresser at one point I would mix colours to put in my hair. My natural hair colour is mousy brown. I am currently red, the redder the better. I have naturally white skin and look like I am ill all the time which is ironic because I can be sometimes. The red gives my skin a health glow so I aim to stay this colour for a while. When I went black I was told I looked like a banshee not a good look at all lol

my daughter is a natural blond had fair eye brows and lashes, she wants to go dark but with the brows being fair I don't think it will suit her, I don't want to start tinting her eye brows. Her natural colour is lovely I trying to get her to maybe go lighter blond but what 17yr old listens to there mothers

no 17yo's dont listen to their moms! Neither did we when we were that age. Better to leave fer do it and find out for herself....
