Recently I've had some really abusive nasty mails from a couple of guys I've never spoken to. Obviously I block them, and report them, but they're still here. If they are abusing me for no reason I've no doubt they are doing it to lots of other women, don't people get deleted from the site? It seems mad these idiot keyboard warriors are allowed get away with it. If a guy takes offence to my pics and profile, why not just move on and not look at me, simple! I don't get it

I don't get it either but I think some people feel very big and strong hiding behind their screens.

Now I've received the odd fatso comment, assuming I'm not their type and they take offense to my looks. But why in all the world anyone would send you abusive emails is beyond me? What's not to like about your pictures?

If it makes you feel any better, this weekend has been my worst in my on and off 3 years career on fab. I've never seen so much abuse and bad manners. Must be something in the water!

Just keep reporting them til theyre banned but these muppets keep coming back with new email addie. Makes it bloody difficult for genuine single guys.

It seems to be a week for it. i have got a few this week myself.. they have no manners nor cop on.. pity really they get no where been that way.. its just a pity we have to block them really.. hope they stop for you..

Dont get it myself.i assume its just bitterness and they seem to take it out on what they think are hot ppl or ppl they see to be enjoying the site

you would think that if admin are getting continuous reports of abuse about the same ppl they would ban them.but they dont seem to

can understand not banning guys for 1 or 2 reports but surely there should be a limit

iv seen lots of threads about this maybe mods could post their views or rationale of not banning ppl for it

Really, I'm sorry to hear that, must be a weekend for it indeed!

I can usually laugh it off but a couple have been particularly nasty, I've got the fatso thing too. These are the morons usually who don't even have a picture up! Sad individuals.

Unbelievable , sorry to hear that , some people just thrive on giving abuse , the downfalls of our modern multimedia I'm afraid .

We're actually winding up our time on the site, mainly because we just haven't made enough genuine contacts so it seems like a waste of time but recently the lack of moderation and admin combined with the number of weird contacts we've had has just put us right off, and we have single males filtered out! The site is too easily accessable by nut-cases and the verification system is a joke. Yes, it's free and you get what you pay for etc. but we do support lovehoney

we find the same here , cork is gone really quiet lately and the genuine cpls seem to be little too

Whatever happened to "opposites attract"? and bad behaviour is on the prowl here and finds genuine people regardless of their rewards policy.

They do it because they can, if it were hard to do it wouldnt happen. These are generally people with a lack of social skills at at home at the weekend living with mammy and daddy and bitter because they cant get a ride.

When i was single and going through a dry spell i would never have considered giving abuse and/or pretending to be someone of the opposite sex on a dating/swingers site, so i really cant understand the thinking behind it.

It's childish behaviour, pure and simple, and this site is not a place for children....

Its unbelievable, and its understandable why single guys get viewed suspiciously when these morons are about.

Just feel there should be some better means to deal with anyone who abuses on here.

Always remember, its about themselves, its them that have the problem, live in their own pathetic little world, without ever getting to know and enjoy this.

I don't know how administration work if I reported say joe blogs for being abusive and im the only one reporting him surly would they suspend or remove with just one person

reporting even jo blogs could be a nice guy to others.

Admins reply on a previous thread-

If a profile is reported it doesnt automatically mean that it gets removed - Admin say this in the message you get when you make a report ...

"A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******

So just because the profile isnt removed it doesnt mean that Admin havent taken action. Its just that you might not know about it. But if in doubt, report it.
