Lost verifications

I have sent a verification 3 times to the same profile but they haven't received any does anyone know why this would be

Have you tried to do it when sharing the same internet connection as that won't let you. Also as I found out tonight if the person is outside your mailing preferences or filters they can't leave one either

That might be the problem am outside the mail filter but I have been sending mail ok as I got one first any thoughts ???

As soon as I messaged my one they were able to leave a veri, though it was a new one they sent. Maybe try contacting admin?
