All Inclusive Party

hi swingers!

Would people go to a hosted swinger event that was all inclusive?

If you would not, why not?

If you would, what you pay per couple

100e

150e

200e

What would you expect for your money?

What kind of numbers would you expect at such a party to make it worth while?

Party planning in progress!

Food and lodgings?

Never expect anything!

Food doesn't work at swing parties. Never touched for various reasons!

Drink...best to stick to buying your own. Lots don't actually drink alcohol there either.

Having people pay a deposit is good as in ways quarantees numbers. A DJ is the only necessity in ways as the ladies love to dance

People will want to pay for there own drink and bars usually through on some nibbles if the crowd is large enough for free. No real money needs to be exchanged bar a deposit for DJ etc

So where did these numbers come from.

Parties at the venue are charged at 40-50 € per couple

So I factored in that plus drinks and food.

Wouldn't pay that sort of money for a party. Hotel, drinks, food on the way and travel will already cost about 100 to 150. Must be some fingerfood you're thinking of serving? To have drinks included will only set the wrong tone as some people will end up very d*unk... DJ is a good idea Dave!

Just do the basics right and you have a great night. People would love a nice location and surroundings but if it costs or not a lot of accommodation then forget about it. There's no point reinventing the wheel

€200 is excessive for a party, even factoring in drink & food

Not everyone is going to drink/eat loads

As others have said, best stick to trued & tested party structures.

Seems like a lot of ppl organising parties, must be a good bit of money to be made on them!!!

You could give everyone drinks vouchers when they arrive to cover a certain amount if drinks, then no one would be trollied. Food is a good idea but basics Chrisps, nuts, maybe buffalo wings and chips and dips.

A dj is not really necessary you can get editing apps for phones or iPods that are just as good and you just need a good docking station for it.

If there was cheaper accommodation in or near by would be an advantage

It sounds to me like the original poster has in mind an A-list classy party, to the best of our knowledge that has only been pulled off once in Ireland and that was by Little Liaison. It was fairly successful. Very hot, fit, well dressed crowd, hot tub, play areas, dungeon etc.. Finger food was incredible, not touched though by most people in case it ruined their exquisite figures. My slim wife and a hot escort from Dublin had a field day munching away and then promptly burned off the calories smart girls.

Nobody got tanked on the champagne which was included in the price.

There was a four poster bed with silk sheets and flaming torches specially made for the event and it looked great with some girl on girl on girl on girl on girl action to get the party going.

Things got a bit bizarre after that but I think the original poster should check out Little Liaison's London parties to see what you get for that kind of money. I would expect a burlesque floor show and hot tubs and good champagne for the price they're thinking. And yes it was just carefully screened couples two guys helping the host (sort of) and maybe two girls.

We do party's in exclusive locations for about €50 per couple & 30 for a single . We cover venue, music , finger food and we supply mixers etc and accommodation for anyone who is lucky enough to command a bed and floor space for those you want to crash and a breakfast !

That's value for money I think . I wouldn't pay more than 70 for a party personally. I don't drink alcohol so I wouldn't like paying for it in an all inclusive package . We usually end up bearing a cost of a few hundred ... we aim to break even but that is unlikely to happen.

Meet and greets can generate income because hotels usually give the party room for free as they are selling drink and rooms on the back of it so it's just a cost for a dj and sometimes spot prizes so there can be A few grand to be made in that type of event.

while i do think nibbles an drinks should be on access i don't think its anywer near important as location, parking, protection, range of toys, fetish an sexy clothing, sex shop, scene rooms etc etc.. give ppl plenty to chose from coz for that money you lookin at a very classy run club not just a room some hotel or even a house party.. just a thought

We have been organizing party's for the last years, and before we set up the venue as our party place we went to other places ,one of them was the called Mansion a place with 16 en-suit bedrooms with all the glamour. For that party we charge the couples 80 euros and that was with finger food in the evening,dj and full Irish breakfast. This party was just last summer. We know is not easy to find places for this kind of party's and in the times we are living we know how hard is for people to spend money so i think the prices from 100 to 200 euros for couple will be out of question for most people. But we wish the best of luck for the organizers of such event. xxxxx

Arrange the Party you want, set your rules and invite people you trust, or at least known by people you trust.

Given that it's a Party(with play)and not a Meet & Greet...a few comments.

Hosting is misunderstood by most.

You have the cost of the venue to cover, the essentials for safety/hygeine and the touches that make 'your' party different, to buy.

Few home truths....

It's hard work on the day, removing breakables, protecting beds etc etc etc

If you don't lay on food, people will complain. If you do lay on food, most of it will go to waste....

People will always complain about the music!!!

People WILL get d*unk, it's part of Swinging life for many. With drink, people will always have issues, that you need to keep under control and prevent from escalating.

Smokers will invariably start to smoke inside the venue, regardless of what's laid on as a designated smoking area

Be prepared for a massive clean up in the morning.......Swingers aren't known for using bins, or clearing up after themselves. Drinks will be spilt...

Hosting rarely leaves time for the hosts to play, it's hard work.....

Few other points, I won't mention in the open forum but if you care to chat, message me...

There is a market for a High End party, it's just making the contacts, so you invite the right guests. For the right party/venue 100 euro per couple, is easily achievable.

I agree with woody. It's a lot harder work than you realise and you'll get the dreamers that say they'll come and disappear.

Clean up can be mega, but if you tidy during the eve, remain sober yourself and on the ball you can keep it under control.

All inclusive bar, in my opinion would be a disaster, there will be d*unken ejits all over the place!

Price wise.. 100 would be my max and that would need to include accommodation, not drinks.

Food.. We always supply nibbles.. Chips n dips, chocolate.. Fruits... That's usually enough.

Best of luck with it though.. There's not as much money to be "made" as you might think. I do it for the fun.
