"Morning ty try a lighter dose i found it helps at the start sure ull have it hanging out of ur mouth but after a while and it wont be long ull find u only use it half as much as smoking stick with it "afternoon cj ,yea I ordered a lighter dose as one they sent is 36mg any wonder its catchin at the back of my throat lol | |||

Drink plenty as mouth gets very dry with E-fag. What dosage nicotine have you? When I use 12 mg I cough as well as it's too strong for me. Try the,flavour Sex on the beach. It's nice! Best of luck. "we on them 2 weeks now and still off them there great himself smokes well use to smoke B&H and he gets B&H flavour oils for the ecig dont mind th coughing its normal its just all that crap comin out of u is all that will pass over time or in a few days you will feel a little ill on day 3 or 4 again normal keep it up an well done " may I say well done to use aswell, it is fookin hard was out last nite with a friend and she only smokes when she,s drinking but she was the one froze outside while I sat and blew vapour in the warmth hehe | |||

Or buy a variable voltage battery you can adjust it to you own strength. | |||
