Seen as it's gone dry here as of late id like to know who your favourite comedian is?

Not many comedians are ACTUALLY funny alot just shout/scream nonsense

My two favourite (only 2 ever to make me piss in my pants) are:

Brendan O'Carrol (His old stand up days not the silly harmless Mrs. Browns crap)

AND

Kevin (Small American Black Guy)

Is it only me that thinks that when Maureen potter died she was reincarnated as brendan o Carroll? They both thought that pulling faces and having a dublin accent was funny.

Peter kay. He's the legend

I met Frankie Boyle in a bar after a show at the Edinburgh Fringe one year. Told him how much I'd enjoyed it and he looked at me quite seriously and said he hoped I didn't think he'd gone too far! I was kinda disappointed. I didn't think he'd care. Seriously, you should all come over for the comedy festival. Its a riot. Hire a coach....stay at mine.

I think it would logistically be best if you get yoir arse over here to our festival (YES, WE HAVE FESRIVALS HERE AND BIG CHAINS LIKE TESCO/M&S/DUNNES)

And then YOU can stay at all ours

Dara O'Brien is very smart but I don't find him that funny. Like a lot of popular comedians I don't know how he has become so popular as a stand up, Johnny Vegas , Al Murray, Michael McIntyre all have me scratching my head in confusion at why they are considered good comedians.

Fair enough you got a comedy festival but that doesn't mean our festivals are any less

Be adventurous and open your eyes/broaden your horizons the west of Ireland is the same as your place with more culture/atmosphere

Come!

DTG
