Xmas decorations

Who had the strength to hold off putting up the decorations so far?

I've no desire to put the decorations up but I had to distract my family all weekend so they didn't get brought down out of the attic...

It's still waaay too early

I plan to put mine up around the 18th, I do miss the space the tree takes up for those two weeks. Then there's the clean up afterwards lol

Ours is comming out of the attic during the week and will be up by the weekend. Cant beat getting into the xmass spirt once december . Plus a kiss under the misletoe every night is great

Ours go up whenever I feel energetic enough Tend to use a lot more lights theses days as the LED ones use so much less electric than the old ones, and you don't have that bane of many a christmas sorting and untangling the cables and finding the blown bulbs - Showing my age, but I remember the days before "fuse" bulbs and individually wired lights, when you had to get a little bulb tester and go over the entire set just to find the bulb that was out - and yes, it was always the last one you tested no matter what side you started on

Well of course it was the lady ons you tested as you would stop afterwards
