Is it as mindblowing as it sounds ? ive seen tatra workshops in dublin for couples , sounds hot will definately bring a future gf sometime!

I think you would have to be comfortable with a person for it to work , as far as i know it has a lot to do with meditation , breathing and prolonged foreplay
