It may, he may have matured and if he is looking to build a career in management and this might be the perfect place to do it.....we will see, I hope it works, we need a team that plays to its strengths

could work.very well as o neill is a renowned ppl person and gets the best out of ppl around him including keane

great environment for keane to learn and develop

It will either work very very well or fail very badly. I hope it works out as the Ireland team need a bit of good management and brought forward.

Roy will be there to put fire in the bellys of some of the players... Martin the man for the tactical side of things! .. i think it'll be good ... esp when we get to listen to eamon D + co for the lols !! glad to see Irish men anyways in charge.
