Blue tac or double side sticky tape works just as good

think we would prefer to give pc to a couple that have verifications rather than some young buck. just our opinion.

My mate does them (laptops and Desktops) - been doing repairs for a long time now. If anyone needs anything done in the South Down area PM me and I'll put you in touch. He's very reasonable and very discreet.

i left my laptop in to be fixed a few months and there was lots of dirty pics on it,it never occured to me tht the guy fixing it cud see my files!he must have gotten a gud eyeful!!

better off moving all sensitive material to an external hard drive or flash drive if leaving a pc or laptop in for repair.

and if your selling or giving it away or binning it you should definitely learn how to wipe your hard drive permanently. if you delete files normally, they are still contained on your hard drive.

any nosey parker with a bit of know how can still get at them

lol,they werent tht graphic,thank god!i was wondering why he kept smiling when i went to collect the laptop,at the time i just thought he was being nice,i just never realised he wud be able to see them
