Has anyone quit smoking with the e-cig? I am determined to stop but there are so many of these advertised it's difficult to know which ones are good.

They are brilliant.i use them

No withdrawals watsoever cos ur still getting nicotine. As for brands I use the 10 motives but it all depends on wats near u.so many brands out there.get the rechargable ones.much cheaper

I quit my 30 a day habit using an e go - c rechargable , and i smoked for 25 yrs , I havent had a cigarette in 12 months , you can do it ! best of luck .

i was off them for 8 years and stupidly went back on them for 1 year.im offthem now a month.what i done was i bought a new pack and smoked a couple then left them on the counter.i only move them to clean around them.i still have the pack and cant throw them out coz then i feel like im off them.this was i feel like i just dont want one right now...!!! crazy i know but its working for me

my sister has quit using one,she paid around 50 euro for it,u can buy refills for it aswell,she hasnt touched a cigarette in 2 months

Good luck with that.hope u stay off them.just leep thinkin of the future ull have if u stay smokin.a good friend of mine just after bein diagnosed with lung cancer.the aggressive type.might not even see xmas.hope all goes well

I think ive went through all the reviews online lol but i got the one Hal recommended "10 motives". Very early days but im pleasantly surprised.

Ive tried/ trying to get off them using an e-cig but still cant most of the time i use it as a back up when i run out if cigs
