"apparently people have tried to open them in the past but all the God fearing catholic's have put a stop to it " ...I have a customer over in Dublin who is also a good friend & he had looked at a few sites around dublin with a view to openning a Swingers Club but he told me the restrictions were set by the Governement at the request of all the church groups togetherr with the Chuch of Ireland being the loudest objector. He asked why they had gay saunas then and was told that was governed by a different law and didn't encourage families to split through open sex between couples...Ffs what planet are they on....

"ah well.... would you get the same problems in say a big old house in its own grounds in the middle of nowhere?" ...techically no you wouldn't have problems so long as you didn't run it as a business and charge people any fees...it would then just be classed as a private party...but you could be sure there would be officials & press doing some investigating to check out wether fees are being paid or not...
